Welcome! My name is Ratchanon (Brighton) Chotiputsilp. I am a PhD Candidate at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam.

I'm an applied microeconomist with research interests in labor markets, management practices, and entrepreneurship. I seek to understand what determines workplace productivity, salary, and satisfaction. I study causal relationships between labor market dynamics, policy changes, management practices, and outcomes for workers and firms. My methods include field and natural experiments, survey instruments, and large panel datasets. I also engage in deep collaboration with firms to enhance my research.  

I will be on the market in 2024-2025.
