My name is Ratchanon (Brighton) Chotiputsilp. I am a Lecturer (tenure-track) at the Faculty of Economics, Thammasat University.
I am an applied microeconomist with research interests in labor markets, management practices, and entrepreneurship. I study the causal determinants of workplace productivity, wages, and job satisfaction, focusing on how labor market dynamics, policy changes, and organizational practices shape outcomes for workers and firms. My work combines field and natural experiments, survey instruments, and large panel datasets, and I regularly collaborate closely with firms to develop and execute research projects.
